For ordering a standard size Bestdive wetsuit:
Measure your height, chest, waist and hip and check your weight;
Find the right size on the size charts. Start with your height, and from there, compare weight, chest, waist and hip. Slight differences are okay, but if there is more than a few cm difference, we recommend ordering a tailor-made Bestdive suit. If you are in doubt, please contact us;
When the order and payment have been received, you will be notified immediately via email.
Maintenance
Please don't worry about the wrinkles, it is common after the freediving wetsuit fold. You can put it in normal temperature water for 1 hour, but please keep in mind that do not iron!
Do not use detergent/strong acid or strong alkaline solvent for cleaning, please wash with normal temperature water and soak over 1 hour after dive, strong sun exposure will accelerate neoprene aging and fabric discoloration.

Warranty will begin from the date the product is received. If a product grows defective during the warranty period due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we can accept a return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement.
My merchandise is defective. Can I return it?
If you have problems with any item, call or e-mail our Customer Service Department and have your order number ready.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order for any reason before it's packed, and you will not be charged. Please call our Customer Service Department to make sure that your order has not yet been packed.
If the merchandise has already been shipped you'll have to pay all of the shipping charges.
Specially ordered merchandise is non-cancelable.
How to Return
if you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:
If the product has quality problems, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after the order is processed.(We bear the freight)
The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund.
If you place the wrong order and change your mind and want to return the product, you can return or exchange the product, but the shipping cost will be borne by you.
Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
All items must be returned in their original condition includes the original manufacturer's labeled packaging with all materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Please make sure items have no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping charges, and we will pay the replacement shipping fee. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

After the return, the funds will return to the same way of order payment.
Sales Tax Policy
All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Hydrone is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.
We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
