Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order for any reason before it's packed, and you will not be charged. Please call our Customer Service Department to make sure that your order has not yet been packed.
If the merchandise has already been shipped you'll have to pay all of the shipping charges.
My merchandise is defective. Can I return it?
If you have problems with any item, call or e-mail our Customer Service Department and have your order number ready.
My order was damaged in delivery. Who do I contact?
We package carefully so that your merchandise arrives ready to give you years of enjoyment. For your own protection do not sign for merchandise until you've inspected for damage.
If you've found damage or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact your local Post office for a Damage Inspection Report. The post will issue a Damage Call Tag. Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number and we'll arrange for reordering or credit.
Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, because it will delay the replacement of your order or the issuance of credit.
How to Return your item(s)?
Products in "new condition" may be returned to us up to 30 days after receiving an order. In order for products to be considered in "new condition", they must be unused, never touch water and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Except quality defective, all returns will be charged the cost of round trip shipping, and no other return process charges. Returns not accepted on customized items. Please contact our Customer Service Department or e-mail fei@hydrone.shop to get the return address. Item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Refunds are processed once the item arrives back at HYDRONE.
How to receive your Refund?
HYDRONE will process refunds upon receipt of the returned items(s). Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was originally used to purchase the product. The total refund amount will be the total amount paid minus round-trip shipping costs. Please note that it can take 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement after it has been issued by HYDRONE.
